I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was helpful, but the thin walls made for a less than peaceful stay. I also encountered a frustrating situation with my wedding ring being left behind, which added to my disappointment. On the bright side, the room was spacious and clean, though the breakfast could definitely use improvement.

The hotel was decent with clean and comfy rooms, and Phil at the front desk was super helpful. However, I had a frustrating experience with the booking process as it involved a shady company that overcharged and offered poor customer service. Additionally, the noise from the pool area was a bit bothersome, especially if you’re sensitive to that kind of distraction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a highlight of our vacation! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms really impressed me, and the pool area was a fantastic way for my kids to enjoy their time. There were a couple of minor issues with breakfast options and room lighting, but overall, it was a great place to stay. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area!
